Within the context of Biodiversity Informatics, Global Unique Identifiers (GUIDs) are version-4 UUIDs that follow the RFC 4122 specification. Enter the number of GUIDs you would like to generate using the form field provided. Then, click Generate. Version 4 UUIDs are randomly generated from a pool of 5.3 x 10³⁶ unique identifiers.
